Updating the corporate identity of a leading Pan-European assets management company.
The first step in the update process was the simplification and modernisation of the Redevco logo. We cleaned a bit the icon, changed the word mark to a contemporary sans-serif and made the colour more saturated and deep.
Our selection of typography had the intention to give Redevco a more lifestyle look and feel, based on their intention to enter the residential market. We selected a glamorous serif with high contrast between stems and bars for titles and functional minimalistic workhorse sans-serif for body texts.

Redevco’s photography universe consists of three levels: people’s emotional experiences, the details of our assets and the context of our locations.
Redevco is in the business of creating vibrant places where people like to be, so we want to show what they are experiencing. We show that through capturing people’s emotions often in close-up.
Redevco’s work represents their professionalism and quality standards. We show that by visualising their assets in relation to people or connected to the environment they are located at.
Cities are Redevco’s playground and they aim to make them better places to live, work and play. Here we show overview images of people’s activities in the city, based on these three categories.
Giving Redevco the ability to present their story well was of enormous importance, so we designed a robust and strong corporate slide deck that gets the message across in an impactful way.
The social responsibility report is a valuable publication for Redevco, documenting and sharing their huge efforts in reducing the carbon footprint of their assets. The serif display typeface, generous use of white space and integration of transparencies, helped us to underline the matter at hand in strong and positive way.
In general, the corporate stationary materials are white and clean. Where possible, as the back of the business cards, we used the main highlight dark blue colour with Redevco’s mission statement.
Finally, we put together an identity manual, to assure the consistency and focus of the Redevco brand in the long run and to provide third parties with the right tools to work with.
